About 2 year old Pre-School
This exciting element to our school opened in September 2013!
Welcome to Bayonne Nursery Pre-school, where we provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for 2 year old children. Our dedicated team of educators are committed to supporting your child's growth and development during this crucial stage of their early years.
Pre-School is limited to 17 places, which support children eligible for the 2 year old funding offer.
In the Pre-school, we offer a range of activities designed to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and caring setting. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is used to plan the activities to embrace all the expectations of the high quality provision throughout the Nursery. There is a particular emphasis on outdoor experiences.
As the ratio is 1 adult to 4 children, each child is allocated a key worker, who will support them, so that their individual needs are met. When identified, children with Special Educational Needs will have the appropriate support from other professionals to work in conjunction with the Pre School team. We understand the importance of providing a strong foundation for your child's future education and are here to support you every step of the way.
